Which size do I need?

Ladies' bathrobes are usually offered in the classic ready-to-wear sizes S, M, L and XL. Some premium brands also offer larger sizes XXL and XXXL. When choosing the size, the following applies:

• Choose on the looser side: a bathrobe should not fit too tightly – this impairs comfort
• Pay attention to the length: with long models the bathrobe should reach at least to mid-calf
• Check the cut beforehand: ladies' cuts are often more fitted at the waist, but some are also oversized – the models differ

Care of your ladies' bathrobe

• wash before first use, ideally at 60 °C
• wash regularly at 40 to 60 °C with a colour detergent without optical brighteners
• no fabric softener – it considerably reduces absorbency
• tumble dry on a low to medium setting – this makes the bathrobe particularly fluffy
• for bathrobes with a satin or damask outer side, wash particularly gently, ideally turned inside out
• remove the belt for washing or tie it up so that it does not become knotted in the machine
• wash bathrobes with embroidery gently to protect the embroidery

With good care, high-quality ladies' bathrobes last for many years. Premium models age particularly beautifully – the natural fibres often become softer over time and retain their absorbency for a long time.
