Which size is the right one?

Most bath towels lie between 90 × 160 cm and 100 × 170 cm. Which size suits you depends on your height and your preferences:

• 90 × 160 cm: the more compact variant, ideal for more petite people or as an additional towel
• 100 × 150 cm: a classic size, a good all-rounder
• 100 × 170 cm: the generous variant, ideal for taller people or special wrapping comfort

Materials and towelling structures

Premium bath towels usually have a weight of 500 to 700 g/m². At this size, the high weight makes the difference between a damp, clammy towel and a voluminous, enveloping wellness experience.

Care of your bath towels

• wash before first use, ideally at 60 °C
• wash regularly at 60 °C with a colour detergent without optical brighteners
• no fabric softener – it considerably reduces absorbency
• dry in the tumble dryer on a medium setting – this makes the loops especially fluffy
• at this towel size: wash individually or together with other bath towels, do not overload
• iron if desired, to achieve a particularly refined look

Premium bath towels only develop their full softness and absorbency after the first few washes. With good care, they last ten years and longer – and age with dignity in the process.
