Wall height – what to look out for

So that the Fitted Sheet sits securely even on higher mattresses or topper combinations, the correct Wall height crucial. The Curt Bauer Fitted Sheets are generally designed for mattress heights of up to around 25 cm. For higher mattresses, such as boxspring beds or topper builds from 30 cm in height, we recommend a bespoke special make. If you are unsure, we are happy to work out together with you which wall height is right for your bed situation.

Caring for your Curt Bauer Fitted Sheet

The care instructions apply in the same way as for Curt Bauer bed linen:

• washable at 60 degrees – ideal for hygiene and fabric stabilisation
• colour detergent or liquid detergent without optical brighteners
• no fabric softener – it reduces breathability and can cause the fabric to felt
• tumble dry gently on the iron-damp setting
• smooth it on while still slightly damp, then the fabric settles smooth by itself
• do not mangle – the elastic and the fabric structure suffer too much
