The classic elegante jersey sheets are made of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. The high cotton content provides the typical natural-fibre benefits – breathability, skin-friendliness, moisture management. The small addition of elastane makes the sheet especially stretchy and shape-retaining. This way it sits securely on the mattress and, thanks to its flexibility, fits a broad range of bed dimensions.

Premium Mako Jersey Fitted Sheets

The Premium version is made of twisted Mako jersey – the higher-quality, more durable version of classic jersey. Mako cotton has particularly long fibres that provide a silkier feel and greater durability. Twisting the threads makes the fabric additionally shape-stable and long-lasting. The Premium version is suitable for mattresses with a height of up to 28 cm – ideal for boxspring beds or topper combinations.

The elegante fitted sheets are available in flexible size ranges that, thanks to their elasticity, adapt to different bed dimensions.

Caring for your elegante fitted sheets

So that your fitted sheet keeps its shape and freshness for many years:

• wash at 60 degrees – important for hygiene and for colour fixation. Modern dyeing processes need warmth to stabilise their colour brilliance
• use a colour detergent or a liquid detergent without optical brighteners
• no fabric softener – it reduces breathability and can attack the elastic band
• take it out of the machine straight away – this prevents deep creases
• hang it up or dry it in the gentle dryer (iron-dry programme)
• do not over-dry – the cotton should stay supple
• do not mangle – the elastic band suffers too much
