Bella Donna Premium consists of 97 percent extra long-staple cotton twist, treated in a multi-stage finishing process: super-combed, gassed and mercerised. These three steps are what also lift the Premium line into a league of its own visually. The super-combing removes even the shortest fibre ends, the gassing burns off remaining fibre ends in a flame – so that the surface becomes absolutely smooth – and the mercerisation gives the cotton its characteristic silky sheen and intensifies the uptake of colour.

Why the optimal fit only emerges after the first wash

High-quality cotton products like the Bella Donna Premium reach their optimal fit only after the first wash. Cotton shrinks slightly on the first wash – this so-called shrinkage is precisely factored into the cut on average.
