How quickly is the Sale item dispatched?
Most Sale items are available immediately from stock and, as a rule, leave our warehouse the same working day by DHL. Within Germany, the goods therefore usually reach you within one to two working days.
Can sold-out Sale items be reordered?
As a rule, no. Discontinued designs and special editions in particular are definitively no longer available after the sell-off. If you have a specific wish in mind, we will gladly check whether a comparable model is still available.
Does the regular right of return also apply in the Sale?
Yes. The statutory right of withdrawal applies in full to reduced items too. For questions about returns, we will gladly advise you.
