- no fabric softener – it clogs the terry fibres and reduces absorbency
- no chlorine bleach
- dry in the tumble dryer at a moderate temperature – this makes the cloths especially fluffy
- low spin speeds are usually sufficient
- wash before first use to activate full absorbency
- air out regularly between washes
