Delivery and delivery times

Ordered goods are dispatched without delay by parcel service, subject to availability from the manufacturer or wholesaler. You will be informed of the delivery time promptly after order confirmation; this depends on the availability of the design ordered and the production requirements.

For orders of made-to-measure goods, please refer to your order confirmation for the delivery time. As a general rule, this is between two and six weeks; for furniture (e.g. beds), mattresses and toppers, approximately 8–10 weeks.

Shipping costs – home textiles:

Deliveries within Germany are FREE OF CHARGE for orders with a basket value of 50.00 EUR or more. For orders below 50.00 EUR, a flat-rate shipping charge of 6.99 EUR including VAT applies.

Please note that each order is delivered to one address only.

For express deliveries within Germany (subject to stock availability), we charge a flat rate of 45.00 € per shipment/recipient, regardless of the order value.

International deliveries – home textiles

For deliveries to European countries outside Germany on orders up to 200.00 €, we charge a standard shipping fee of 15.90 € (net; the applicable VAT of the destination country will be added at checkout) per shipment. For orders of 200.00 € or more, delivery is free of charge.

Shipping costs – beds, mattresses and toppers

We kindly ask for your understanding that delivery costs for beds, furniture, mattresses, slatted frames and toppers, as well as any assembly required, must be calculated individually.

Delivery and assembly costs (for beds) will be provided to you following your order and depend on the destination country and the distance to be covered.

As a general guide, assembly by a two-person team including travel time and installation is approximately 1,200.00 EUR per day for one bed. Delivery costs for toppers, mattresses, slatted frames and furniture depend on size and weight and are calculated individually.
